Many Blogger prefer to remove the navbar. just for note, if you wanna monetize your blog with google adsense, dont remove the navbar before you got confirmation from google adsense. Usually
Google adsense WILL REJECT the blog without navbar. but after you registered and got confirmation you can do it.
Here are the procedures how to remove blogspot navbar.
1. Go to your blogger dashboard > Edit HTML
2. add below HTML code as specified in below picture
3. Finish
Note: If you want enable your navbar again just remove that code and click save.
