we have to submit the blogger sitemap to google webmaster because several reasons:
1. it will help google bot to crawl
2. it index pages of your site

The procedure Submitting your Sitemap to Google are:
1. Go to
http://www.google.com/webmasters/ and click 'Sign in'
2. In 'add site' add with your blog without www/http, see at the example picture below
3. In overview page click 'verify your site'
4. choose '
add meta tag' and copy the meta tag from google then paste in your blog layout>edit HTML like in the picture below then save the template.
5. back to google webmaster page and click 'verify'
